3) Sign the form
4) Include a personal or cashiers check for the appropriate entry fee ($80 per division entered)

5) Mail the Entry form & Check to the address below
6) MUST BE POSTMARKED BY May 2, 2013 - NO EXCEPTIONS

FOR TICKETS:
1) Download & Print out the Ticket Form (click here) - (its below the entry form section)
2) Fill out the Ticket form
3) Include a personal or cashiers check for the total ticket amount
4) Mail the Ticket order form & Check to the address below
5) MUST BE POSTMARKED BY May 2, 2013 - NO EXCEPTIONS
The remaining tikets will be held and sold on a first come first served basis.
In the case of a sell out, standing room will be sold - Everyone will see the show!
